BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (Oct. 3, 2024) – Pulte Homes has commenced construction of two model homes in Solis Grande, a new gated community of 118 townhomes with an ideal Bonita Springs location close to Interstate 75, Gulf of Mexico beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment. The professionally decorated Rowan and Alder models will highlight the livability and versatility of Solis Grande’s consumer-inspired floor plans and showcase available finishes offered by Pulte, one of the nation’s leading and most trusted brands in homebuilding for 70 years.
The models are expected to open next month. Pre-sales are underway in Solis Grande with pricing starting from the low $400,000s.
