Michelle Borders, co-owner of Naples Networks Services, has been named the recipient of the 2023 Greater Naples Chamber Chairman’s Award for her continued support of the Chamber’s mission. Borders will be presented the Chairman’s Award at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on May 25, 2023, at Arthrex. Past recipients include Jason Korn, Jeanne Seewald, and Bill Barker.

The Chairman’s Award is an opportunity for the chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors to recognize an individual that helped the organization fulfill its mission of cultivating economic opportunity for all. The award honors someone who goes above and beyond, both in service to the Chamber and the community. The winner is selected by the chairman of the Greater Naples Chamber Board of Directors, in consultation with the president and CEO.  

Michelle Borders is a current Naples Chamber Ambassador and the Chair of the Small Business Council since May 2018. She was appointed to their Chamber Board of Directors in 2019. Michelle participated in Associated Leadership Collier 2012 and Leadership Collier in 2014. She has coordinated the Youth Leadership Collier Application Evaluators since 2015.

Borders and her husband Kevin have been married since 1992 and have owned Naples Networks Services since 2004. They provide IT consulting, maintenance & VOIP Phones to small and medium companies in and around Collier County.  Naples Network Services was voted best in business by Gulfshore Business readers in 2019 and in 2022 and was Naples Chamber’s Business of the month in September of 2021. They have two adult married sons, a Springer Spaniel named Shirley, and love boating in their spare time.

Borders will be celebrated with award recognition at the 2023 Greater Naples Chamber Annual Meeting Reception Sponsored by First Horizon at Arthrex on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

The Chamber’s annual meeting reception celebrates the organization’s accomplishments with a variety of recognitions and honors. More than 200 members of the Southwest Florida business community will attend the reception and program celebrating the Chamber’s work to make Collier County the best place in America to live, work and play.
