The Greater Naples Chamber announced the appointment of its new president and chief executive officer, Kristina Park, following an extensive search process through a partnership with Winner Partners Executive Search Firm. With a distinguished career in business leadership and community development, Park is poised to bring a new era of growth and expansion to the Greater Naples Chamber starting in January 2024.

The extensive CEO search process, conducted by Winner Partners, was rigorous and comprehensive, ultimately resulting in the selection of Kristina Park as the Chamber's new president and CEO. Park’s impressive background in leadership roles, her dedication to community engagement, and her strong vision for the future of the Greater Naples business community made her the ideal candidate for this important position for years to come.

Park brings with her a wealth of experience over a decade in leadership within Chambers of Commerce in Florida, having successfully led AMPLIFY Clearwater as Chief Operating Officer as her latest role. Park’s strengths are guided by her mantra of “Lead Collaboration. Curate Consensus. Inspire Engagement.” Her commitment to state and local business advocacy, community building, developing leaders, business growth and talent cultivation will undoubtedly strengthen the bonds within our Chamber.
