Bonita Del Sol unveils three stunning model homes and launches new home sales in premier Bonita Springs location
New home sales are underway and three fully furnished model homes are now open in Bonita Del Sol, offering homebuyers an exciting preview inside Pulte Homes’ new community with a central Bonita Springs address. Bonita Del Sol, between Imperial Parkway and Old U.S. 41, offers 248 new-construction single-family homes, private amenities and a premier location only seven miles from renowned Gulf of Mexico beaches.
The professionally decorated models highlight exciting craftsman architecture and 15 brand-new home designs from Pulte, one of the nation’s leading and most trusted new homebuilders for 70 years. Appealing to families of all sizes, retirees, seasonal residents, newcomers and empty nesters alike, new homes for sale in Bonita Del Sol offer two to seven bedrooms, pricing from the low-$400,000s, low-maintenance living, personalization options and no CDD fees.
“We look forward to introducing more homebuyers to Bonita Del Sol, which is close to everything Bonita Springs and Naples have to offer,” said Josh Graeve, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “The community’s location, its lifestyle, Pulte’s reputation and our innovative consumer-inspired floor plans really resonate with buyers.”
The models illustrate Bonita Del Sol’s three collections of homes – the Scenic, Distinctive and Echelon series – available on homesites overlooking lakes, including a 36.5-acre lake, plus landscaping.
Reflecting today’s lifestyles, homes in Bonita Del Sol feature flexible open-concept floor plans blending gathering room, café and kitchen and elevating outdoor living on covered lanais. The home designs also include extra storage space, two-and three-car garages and professional-style kitchens with freestanding islands and spacious pantries. Owner’s suites offer walk-in closets and private spa-inspired bathrooms with dual-sink vanities, glass-enclosed showers and linen closets.
The two-story Trailside, a Scenic series model with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, features stylish interior design emphasizing a palette of slate-green, oatmeal, white and gray accented by natural wood grains, matte black and brass finishes throughout its 2,615 square feet. Envisioned as a custom outdoor oasis, the model’s extended lanai is accessed from the spacious gathering room by sliding glass doors. A main-floor bedroom provides possibilities for a den or multigenerational suite and is shown in the model with a daybed and desk.
Design details include white cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, stone countertops and decorative wall treatments combining paint and shiplap wood trim for a tailored look. The second floor features a large loft designed as a family gathering area, plus laundry space and four bedrooms, including the spacious owner’s suite. Surf- and soccer-themed bedrooms are designed with children in mind. The Trailside also offers a two-car garage.
Representing Bonita Del Sol’s Distinctive series, the Mystique model has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a flex room shown as an inviting retreat with a desk and a sitting area and a two-car garage. Natural leather hues, light and smoky grays, dark walnut and burnished black wood finishes create a cosmopolitan look that’s enhanced by white and charcoal-gray kitchen cabinetry and antique brass accents.
The model highlights the versatility of the single-story Mystique by displaying popular options, including an additional bedroom and bathroom, zero-corner sliding glass doors connecting main living areas to an extended covered lanai and a raised jetted spa with a spillway to the pool. Starting at 1,889 square feet under air, the model also features custom wall and tray ceiling treatments embellished with stained wood trim and crown molding, muted griege paint and textural linen wallcovering. The expansive owner’s suite has a large walk-in closet and an extended shower.
Bonita Del Sol’s sales office and design gallery are found in the Easley Grande model, shown with a second floor offering a loft, media room, two bedrooms and a full bath. With furniture nodding to mid-century design, the 4,200-square foot home features an indigo and white palette complemented by hickory hardwood flooring, walls with white and navy beadboard, and box-beamed and paneled tray ceilings. Accents of cream, sapphire, natural textures, gunmetal, raw iron and nickel finishes are displayed throughout the design. An Echelon series home, the four-bedroom, five-bath model has a formal dining room devoting a wall to stylish wine storage. It also offers a flex room, three-car garage and blends indoor and outdoor spaces with sliding doors extending almost the full length of the gathering room and café.
Catering to outdoor living, the Easley Grande has a swing on its wrap-around front-porch and a large lanai offering dining and sitting areas, a full pool bath and a custom pool featuring an umbrella-shaded sun shelf, an illuminated bubbler, a raised water wall and a jetted spa with a 360-degree spillover.
The kitchen boasts indigo and white cabinetry, stone countertops, a marbled picket backsplash and an oversized walk-in pantry. The first-floor owner’s suite offers a sitting area with a sofa, a double closet, an extended walk-in shower and a dual-sink indigo vanity. The large loft is envisioned as a hangout and home study with desks, curvilinear furniture and a shuffleboard table. Indigo-painted walls with cove lighting incorporated into moldings bookend the media room, perfect for TV time and movies, completed with a popcorn machine.
Single- and two-story floor plans in Bonita Del Sol offer two to seven bedrooms, up to six bathrooms and 1,405 to nearly 4,300 square feet with two and three-car garages. Pulte’s home designs cater to individual preferences, offering a variety of opportunities for homeowners to personalize their home by extending lanais and garages or adding multigenerational suites, wine caves, lofts, custom pools, spas and pool bathrooms.
Created by Pulte Homes, the Florida Green Building Coalition’s 2023 Builder of the Year, single-family homes in Bonita Del Sol include smart home technology and energy-efficient features for reduced energy consumption.
Quick move-in homes with professionally curated finishes are also under construction, with availability as soon as October.
Bonita Del Sol’s neighborhood amenities will include a heated pool and a pool cabana.
