On every build for every client, we maintain the goal of turning over our projects with zero—that's 0— architectural punch list items following our “Redi Check” process. It is 100% our responsibility to turn over finished projects that surpass the highest standard of quality, strictly adhering to the plans and specifications and manufacturers' installation instructions. We thoroughly inspect the project ourselves before we tell you it's finished. As construction managers, we've upheld a standard of zero contractor-initiated change orders since 2012. We take cost control and stewardship of our clients' budgets very seriously. We perform a systematic review of all of the drawings to identify potential errors or omissions in the design documents. This ensures a well coordinated project before construction starts. It also clears up any discrepancies or differences of opinion on design documents and the scope of work before we engage subcontractors, eliminating potential change orders “Wright from the start.”
