About
Serving the Paradise Coast of Naples, Marco Island, and the Everglades, Naples Municipal Airport (APF) accommodates more than 100,000 general aviation takeoffs and landings each year and numerous public services including the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Collier EMS MedFlight, and the Collier Mosquito Control District. Minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, downtown Naples, and I-75, the airport is home to flight schools, air charters, sightseeing air tours, and rental car companies. The Museum of Military History, located in the North Road Terminal, attracts more than 25,000 visitors each year. Relax on the observation deck at the southwest end of the airfield and listen to radio communication between the air traffic control tower and pilots. The airport provides friendly FBO services for pilots and travelers, and U.S. Customs clearance is offered for international flights. The Naples Airport maintains a "Fly Safe Fly Quiet" program and encourages pilots to abide by the voluntary nighttime curfew from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. The Florida Department of Transportation values the airport's economic impact to the community at $781 million annually.
