Government The Clerk of the Circuit Court is elected every 4 years and is responsible for over 1200 constitutional and statutory functions and duties. The Clerk is the accountant, auditor, guardian of all county funds, keeper of all public and official records of Collier County, including court records ( criminal, civil, probate and traffic) land records (deeds, mortgages, liens etc.) and Finance & Insurance records.
